Information you send
The quote form asks for your name, business name, email, workplace city or ZIP code, employee count, and requested service. Phone and additional details are optional. We use your inquiry details to assess your request and contact you about service options. Please send only information needed for your workplace inquiry.
Form and hosting providers
The form sends your details to Formspree for processing and delivery to the configured business account. Formspree describes its handling of submissions and technical information in its privacy policy. This site is hosted on Vercel; its privacy notice describes its practices.
Maps
Service-area pages can load an embedded Google map. Google receives requests needed to display that map; review Google's privacy policy for its practices.
Payments and other websites
If you choose an available Stripe payment link, you leave this website for Stripe. Payment information is entered on Stripe, rather than in our quote form. Review Stripe's privacy policy before proceeding. Other linked sites have their own policies.
Questions about an inquiry
Contact vendsmartjacksonville@gmail.com to ask about the information you submitted or request a correction or removal. Identify your inquiry without sending payment credentials or sensitive personal records. We will review the request and any applicable provider requirements.
