A good vending plan separates office expectations from active facility demand when one building serves different teams.

Separate office and facility products when needed

Office staff may value coffee, sparkling water, and healthier snacks. Facility teams may need water, sports drinks, energy drinks, and filling products. Larger workplaces can use different placements or product mixes.

Watch beverage demand first

If drinks sell through quickly, a dedicated beverage machine may be more useful than adding extra snack rows. This is especially true for active teams and warm months.

Scale only when usage supports it

Start with the right-sized setup, then add a second machine, coffee, water, pantry, or micro market service when employee usage makes the case.
